Biomass Boiler manufacturing at DHB Boiler reached another milestone this month as we completed and shipped all key modules for the Otjikoto 40MW Biomass Power Plant in Namibia. The shipment covers essential heating surface components—including flue gas coolers, economizer modules, water walls, superheater elements, and high-strength headers—totaling more than 300 tons. All modules passed strict in-house inspections and meet ASME and EU compliance standards.

The Otjikoto 40MW Biomass Power Plant is Namibia’s first large-scale renewable biomass project. Once operational, it will supply stable baseload electricity, reduce dependence on imported power, and utilize local encroacher bush resources as sustainable fuel.
